Type:
lol=msgbox("type in here what ever you want the thing to say",23,"the top thinggy that says what the message is or the title")
save as "anything.vbs"
If someone opens it, the program will execute...
Example:
lol=msgbox("Your computer has been taken over by a remote hacker please shut down now",23,"Hacker Alert")
